Lisa Jayne Irvine is a multimedia artist and podcaster whose inspiration is rooted in her exploratory creative process. She often works on multiple series simultaneously using a variety of materials such as oils, acrylics and drawing media. During the Pandemic, Lisa’s focus has been on painting large scale flowers. As an avid gardener she finds inspiration in the flowers that she grows in her garden at home. Lisa has an Honours Specialist in the Art & Art History program from the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Education from Queenʼs University. Lisa has exhibited her work extensively, as well as participated in mentorships and residencies throughout Ontario. Recently she has started to exhibit online and has work featured in several virtual exhibitions during summer 2021. Lisa’s work can be found in both public and private collections nationally and internationally. Lisa continues to work from her studio in Mississauga, Canada.
